Ken and Fred came in to Jupiter’s motorcycle rentals, to rent a brand new BMW to take out on the roads of Orange County. Talk about a good time.

Orange County motorcycle rentals = Orange County fashion?
I’ve been a big fan of fashion, ever since I can remember the copies of mom’s Vanidades magazine strewn on our coffee tables at home.
Having worked, and be-friended, some of the awesome designers at Obey Clothing, Volcom, and Quiksilver, I’ve become a big fan of a huge diversity of fashion. Not always super surf inspired, and sometimes inspired by my preppy Ivy League college roots. (I don’t care what you say, there was ivy growing on the beautiful buildings of my UCLA campus, that makes it “Ivy League” to me! Yeah Royce Hall, and Powell Library!)
The motorcycle gear I wear is mostly influenced by the fashion of the celebrity tough guys of the 70s Silver Screen: Steve McQueen

and Clint Eastwood

Those dudes had style. And new their way around a good car and/or motorcycle.

Ortega ride — Jupiter’s motorcycle rentals explores our own backyard
Now that we run los angeles and orange county based Jupiter’s Motorcycle Rentals, I figured it was time I finally get out to Ortega Highway and ride. Having already pre-run it, I felt comfortable and ready to ride…fast! ha ha.
It was supposed to just be Adam and I, but we got a small crew going for a nice Saturday ride.

Ride along the beach? – Yep, Jupite’rs Motorcycle Rentals has got you covered
Its Friday, its sunny, its a hell of a day. I ask myself, what the hell I’m I still doing at the Jupiter’s Motorcycle Rentals shop, when I could be out riding. The sun is out, lets get this show on the road!
Jupiter’s Motorcycle Rental shop is in Huntington Beach, about 4 miles from PCH, so I head straight to Corona Del Mar. Great scenic spot there. I kept riding, the sun hitting my face and the bike, at all the right angles, and even better, no cold wind! Thank you California weather.
I woulda taken more pictures, but I was busy riding motorcycle!
Here’s what I got for ya though.

How to ruin a date, in 4 easy steps
“Do you know where we’re going?”
Step 1 – Not knowing where you’re going.
We’re passing my motorcycle again for the second time, and she is not talking to me. Her cute countenance crinkled curiously, neck craned acutely askew towards the sky. Nope. She ain’t having it.
The buildings here in Downtown LA look ashen and lost in the miasma of suburbia that floods the general landscape of this city. The architecture doesn’t match, from one building to the other. On top of that: art deco, art nouveau, what is this shit? Howard Roark would not have approved. I feel lost. And I’ve definitely lost her. At least her interest. I god damned hate LA. I don’t know where anything is in this city, I always get turned around. Or as my mom is used to saying, “Te Norte-aste.” …I’ve always wondered about the etymology of that aphorism…
